    Every piece of jewelry undergoes a final quality check at our Xiamen design studio before being packaged for its journey.

    • Standard Shipping: Usually 7-15 business days to major countries (US, UK, CA, AU, EU).
    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  3. Shipping Rates
    • Standard Shipping: $5.99 (Free on orders over $59).
    • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

  4. Why "Direct from Studio"?
    At Elara Jewels, we ship directly from our specialized studio in Xiamen, China. This Direct-to-Consumer model allows us to:
    • Ensure each piece is freshly polished and inspected.
    • Minimize overhead costs to provide you with premium materials at fair prices.
    • Reduce our carbon footprint by eliminating unnecessary middle-man warehousing.

  5. Customs & Duties
    For most major destinations, orders are shipped under the "de minimis" threshold, meaning no additional customs fees are typically applied. However, please note that any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Lost or Damaged Packages
    Your peace of mind is our priority. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at elarajewels1@outlook.com immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
