Returns policy
At Elara Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and refund policy:
- Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at elarajewels1@outlook.com to initiate a return and receive a return authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item(s) back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
