    • Expedited Shipping: $15 flat rate for faster delivery service

    All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number.

    4. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

    We offer a 30-day free return and exchange guarantee starting from the date you receive your order.
    To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will resolve your issue within 24 hours.

    5. 1-Year Free Replacement Warranty

    We provide an additional 1-Year Free Replacement Guarantee for all quality-related issues.
    If your item develops defects caused by material or workmanship issues within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge, no questions asked.

    This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover accidental damage, improper use, loss, or natural wear and tear.
